How it all began...
A couple of years ago I made a lifestyle change and a commitment to eating healthier. As a father and a small business owner, I just don't have the extra time to spend on meal planning and prepping. In Morehead City we need a place to eat that is conveniently HEALTHY. While fast food chains may offer salads or grilled chicken... salads can get boring and the grilled chicken is often cooked in the same grease as the rest of the food and smothered in butter and extra salt.
