Refection Foods offers meal prep services to Carteret, Craven and Onslow counties. Sometimes, we have an excess of prepped meals available. When this happens, we donate to hospitals, doctors offices, and  police and fire stations. But, we need YOUR help finding those organizations and people in our counties who deserve a little extra recognition for their good works.
